This was my first experience with First Class Watches, and it will certainly be my last.
I placed my order in early May but was initially told it would not arrive until 13 June. I was advised to contact them if I needed it sooner, so I did, and was forwarded an email from their supplier stating it could be sent in the second half of May. After chasing again on 21 May, the watch was finally dispatched. Given the response was simply, "I will check with the warehouse team", I can't help feeling that, had I not chased, I might still be waiting.
When the watch arrived, the warranty card was incomplete and carried only a smudged dealer stamp. I returned it as requested but have yet to receive a replacement. Unfortunately, I no longer have the tracking details.
To make matters worse, the free gift included with the purchase was also delayed and only arrived after I chased it up. This pattern makes it hard not to believe that these issues were simply overlooked until I contacted them.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I won't be purchasing from First Class Watches again and will consider the matter unresolved until I receive a valid warranty card

Very pleased with purchase with excellent customer service absolutely first class

I recently purchased a Hamilton Pioneer Pilots watch from FCW and it included a free gift. It was their automatic luxury watch winder. Since it was ‘free’ I wasn’t expecting much however it arrived recently and it’s a great accessory. It looks classy and it’s quiet so it doesn’t wake me through the night. It has four different winding modes which are all explained in the instruction manual. It was a an unexpected bonus and surprisingly good quality. Thank you all at FCW.

I recently went to First Class Watches at their retail outlet in Kenilworth, Warwickshire ( James Moore Jewellers ) and was served by Kate R, Kate T, and Erin B and received excellent service on the day and further to that a couple of months on i have just received 3 free watch winders related to my purchases on that day as they were not available at the time due to a back order delay. This just goes to show that their after sales service is equally as good, so whether you're ordering online or visiting the shop you can certainly do so with absolute confidence and i thoroughly recommend them, many thanks indeed to FCW/JMJ and the amazing staff.

Perfect. Bought for my husband whose previous almost identical watch had given up the ghost after many years.He needs this type of face as he has Alzheimer’s and this is what he is used to.

Considering this is one of Bulova's cheaper Heritage Watches, the quality is excelent as are the looks, the strap is comfortable and fits my 17cm wirst on the 3rd hole from last. The movement is solid, mines gaining no more that 7 seconds a day which is within paremeters for this movment. I would defintley recomend picking one up especialy if your a Bulova fan.
