Free delivery is available on all UK orders -For items listed as in stock, your order should be completed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) for us to despatch the same day or before 11:30am on Saturday for delivery Monday. Please note that all orders must pass our security policy before they are despatched and we must be able to take payment successfully, if this is not possible we will email or send an SMS with further instructions. If we feel we are unable to adhere to the timescale after you place your order we will contact you to make you aware and allow you to change your order if necessary. We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on your purchase (excludes pre-owned watches). You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise. We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 48 hours of receipt of the product. This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.For UK orders under £500, you may generate a free tracked and insured returns label on the Royal Mail website (opens in a new window). You can print this label and send it back at any local Post Office at no cost to yourself. It is also possible to have the label printed at Post Office using the QR code from the confirmation email. Please retain the proof of postage receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund of return postage for returns through other methods, so we recommend printing the free postage label provided. For orders over £500, please consult your receipt for details on how to return. For international returns, you will need to bear the cost of returns postage. Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee if applicable). Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy. We reserve the right to make deductions for unnecessary damage caused to the product by yourself.
We are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product.
If a fault develops with a watch that is outside of the 30 day returns period or is no longer in a new condition the watch can be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the guarantee (we are an official UK dealer for all brands on our website) so that they can rectify any issues. Updated review on the tissot heritage 1853 pink dial - is clear, classy and elegant, a triumph and actually looks rose gold in most light. Excellent movement from eta (although still has the date complication (it clicks every day… mine at about 5:20) if you didn’t know this you might be worried something is wrong - I mean they could have removed it) stp remove theirs although both have a double click pull on the crown. The eta seems more accurate. All in all very comfortable dressy watch capable of much more than a dinner date. Easy to wear with any outfit and anything that you do except snorkelling

VERIFIED FIRST CLASS CUSTOMERExcellent watch offering pretty much unbeatable value for money considering the COSC standard movement that sit sits inside it.
Looks like a very simple dress watch with a lovely salmon dial until you look closer and see the all of the little details Tissot have added here from the raised numerals to the very fine lines on the minute track to the very classy looking old school logo which fits the piece very well.
The only thing I would change were it up to me is to make the Chronometre text on the bottom half of the dial a bit smaller and maybe use the same font they have used for the logo. I totally understand why they want to let people know what this is though so its a very minor criticism.
Great size great supple leather strap great looks and an outstanding movement. Very happy to add this to my collection.

VERIFIED FIRST CLASS CUSTOMERThe Tissot 1938 Heritage is a wonderful watch. Upon opening the box I was immediately struck by the creamy light pink dial and the traditional, vintage feel of the timepiece. In itself it's just a simple three hander watch, but it has the well established ETA 2824-2 movement, and, surprisingly for the price, in COSC grade. Accuracy for my watch is insanely good - I registered it as 0.5 seconds fast over 24 hours, which is astonishing. Obviously not every piece will be this accurate, but I'm delighted. I also paid much less than I would have expected for this very high quality watch - the base price was already very competitive and I also had an additional FCW discount, which made the watch an irresistible purchase.
